Hello friends! So online classes have been a long time coming! I am looking into possible membership options and sign up options but for now there will be two ways to practice online with me. I will be running classes at my usual drop-in class times and you may join these via live streaming (Zoom). To join these classes please see the timetable with links below. For the drop in classes which are all 75 or 90 minutes I am suggesting a contribution of between £3-£10. £10 is the usual drop in place but I have added a sliding scale for those of you who have lost income. You may make a payment direct to my account which I will send you details via email or alternatively you can send funds via paypal -email@example.com. It will be nice to connect 'live' with you as much as possible so even while we are isolated at home we can still simultaneously practice together! All meetings have the password "Khadine". The other option for online classes will be accessing saved classes via a restricted you tube link or possibly via a recorded zoom link. This way the class will be available at any time you want to practice. If you email me with the class you would like to access I will send you the link (you'll obviously be able to practice the class again and again!). It's the same principal regarding contributing to the class - either BACS transfer (preferred) or paypal. I also offer some classes for free just sign up to my You Tube channel (khadineyoga). I want everyone to be able to access the yoga they need in these times which I know are financially difficult for many, but also please consider this is also my means of income so please pay what feels right and what you can afford.

35 minute class for the shoulders and upper back - belt or strap (dressing belt will do!) Reference: 35KM-1
75 minute class - suitable for all levels - no equipment needed for this one except maybe a folded blanket/towel. Reference: 75KM-2
90 minute class -suitable for all levels - 1 yoga brick useful but not essential: Reference: 90KM-3
