Hello friends! These classes are via Zoom. I recommend downloading the Zoom app for the best connection. I recommend whilst practising that you select 'speaker view' for the best view of me and also mute your own mic so you don't appear on other people's screen. I also recommend you have some yoga props to hand - belt, blanket, brick and block. Please see the timetable below to join these classes. The contribution for 75/90 minute classes is £10 or £8 depending on your financial circumstances. For the Thursday morning 45 minute class the contribution is £6/£5 conc. The Zoom password will be given upon payment through the links below. Please note the password changed in Nov 2025 - contact me for details. If you have any financial difficulties you are always still welcome to attend my classes at a rate of paying what you can afford. Please get in touch to access classes on a donation basis.

Other options for online classes is to access pre-recorded classes to practice in your own time. Please contact me for access to recorded classes. It's the same principal regarding contributing to the class you can click on payment link above or make a BACS transfer.
