As well as learning all about these incredible goddesses, you will learn about South Asian soteriology (systems of practice that lead to ultimate freedom) and tantric traditions. You will develop meditation and reflection practices from tantra and haṭhayoga traditions. You will learn to integrate the teachings of these goddesses inspiring connection with nature and all aspects of life to transform how you see the world!
The structure of the course is based on a 2-hour session together for each goddess (10 in total). This introduces each goddess and the mantras and a practice or two. There are further practices given throughout the period with each goddess (between a month and 6 weeks) via an on-line forum and a minimum of 2 dial-in zoom 30 minute led-meditation sessions per goddess, so you can really immerse yourself in each goddess throughout our time with her. Everything is recorded so you can access practices in your own time. The course truly inspires creativity (wonderful poems have been written, artwork created and songs and mantras by attendants of the course - see some examples below) and it also of course helps to develop a committed meditation practice. |
