At the Tree of Life Centre, Hove 10am-1pm Tree of Life workshops will include asana, pranayama, dhyana, yoga nidra and mantra with philosophy weaved in! £30/£25 regular students (£5 deposit required). Courses
Dāśa mahāvidyā wisdom goddess year long immersion course. A practical and knowledge based course of working with a deity (10 goddesses throughout the year) for the purpose of meditation and awakening to ourselves. 2 intakes. One group meets on 10 Sunday evenings throughout the year 7-9pm and the other group meets on 10 Tuesdays throughout the year 11am-1pm. Both courses are in Brighton although there is an option for an online participation. Starting January 2020-December 2020. Course costs are £250 if paid in full or £300 if spread in 3 payments throughout the year. Please contact me to apply.
