Florence House, Seaford 5th-7th June 2026, 8th-10th Jan 2027, 18th-20th June 2027 Florence House is truly one of my favourite places in the world! I have been running retreats here annually since 2012 as it's so bloomin' lovely! Always like a deep expressive sigh of release! Cosy evenings in the yurt, time relaxing by the wood burning stove in the lounge in the winter and outside lounging in the summer, along with and hikes up over Seaford Head to see the beautiful Seven Sisters Country Park, or swimming in the sea and saunaing and of course loads of yoga practices including āsana, prāṇāyāma, yoganidrā, meditation and mantra. This retreat is so popular it is usually fully booked several months ahead so please do book in early to avoid disappointment. It's always great start to the year or mid year re-set!

Total Reset Equinox Yoga Retreat (co-led with Jim Tarran) Sunday 20th September 10am-4.30pm Step out of the noise, into sanctuary The Wild Space, near Piddinghoe Gathering together at this special time near the equinox which is the perfect time to practise to come into balance and have a "total reset". The day includes a blend of yoga practices, meditations, and yoganidrā, all held in the cozy dome space. You’ll also enjoy a delicious, nourishing lunch paired with locally sourced herbal teas. There will be plenty of time to unwind in our woodland spa, complete with sauna, a refreshing cold plunge and hammocks to lounge in. Or simply relax by the campfire with some homemade cake! Yoga Holiday in Tigmi, Morocco Saturday 26th September - Saturday 3rd October 2026 One of my favourite retreat venues outside of the UK, this will be my 6th trip to wonderful Tigmi. Set in a Berber village so not a single commercial enterprise in sight, just goat farmers! The backdrop of this beautiful boutique hotel is the Atlas mountains behind us and the sandy Moroccan landscape in front with only the village and the local mosque to break it up. We are really away from it all, however it is conveniently located just a 30 minute taxi ride from Marrakech so if you want some excitement other than the 2 beautiful pools, the onsite hammam, the almost endless relaxation areas around the venue then you can hop into the souk during the day and still be back in time for evening yoga! It's a real treat and for anyone who has always fancied Morocco then you should definitely come!
